Dear TSW community,

We're 15 years on since Jake went through Topical Steroid Withdrawal.

This blog holds an important part of our story, but the years beyond these entries have brought a much deeper perspective on regulating the body after TSW—which I'm now sharing through a new archive — BEYOND SKIN .

I know many of you have arrived at this blog looking for reassurance. Some are in the thick of withdrawal, others have had long stretches of clear skin and feel frightened or confused when symptoms return.

My purpose is to arm you with knowledge and instil a knowing that you are not powerless in this healing process.
