- Good energy again today, slept well
- Jake wishes he wouldn't touch his skin as much as he does
- Below the chest line the skin resembles an eczema look where the skin has been touched
- Above the chest (shoulders and neck) is still showing the affects of the withdrawal, still not his own skin yet.
- Feeling positive about going back to work in a couple of weeks, but a bit anxious as he doesn't have 100% confidence in his body yet.
